A heavy-duty frame rail helps hold parts steady. and leg levelers can accommodate uneven floors. Sides surrounding the product are tempered glass. and a curved front and LED lights increase visibility. Product can be quickly accessed through the sliding glass doors on the back. For full access. the front glass can be raised.
The True TDM-DZ-59-GE/GE-W-W dual-zone display case has two sectionsone for dry baked goods and one for chilled desserts. To keep cold temperatures. capillary tubes control the flow of R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. resulting in temperatures that can be set from 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Electronic controls and a reversing fan in the unit keep the condensing coils dust free. and the condenser slides out when maintenance is needed.
